Developed alongside professional chefs to meet the high demands of commercial kitchens, every pot and pan in this new collection has been designed to challenge the shapes and angles of conventional cookware while being optimised to provide exceptional results.
Each piece in the Techniq collection boasts Scanpan’s patented Stratanium+ non-stick coating that allows for exceptional food release, and therefore easy cleaning. Cookware from the series is suitable for induction and all other cooktops and is ovenproof up to 260°C.

TechnIQ The Windsor

Perfect for reducing sauces and stock. Why? The high, slanted sides produce a large surface area, which makes the liquid reduce fast – a cheese sauce will for instance thicken super fast. The flared sides also make stirring and whisking easy.

The Modern Techniq

This is far from a conventional frying pan. The low, slanted sides give plenty of space to turn your food, which is a great advantage for fish and other delicate ingredients in particular.

The Bistro

The high, rounded sides make it easy to stir and whip without spilling. The rounded shape and depth give the Bistro extraordinary versatility and functionality – use it for stir frying, sautéing, simmering and much more.

The Giant Braiser

The very large frying surface and extra high sides make it large enough to accommodate stews and other big batches of food. The extra high walls help trap heat for even cooking and superior braising.This is far from a conventional frying pan. The Square

Apart from the obvious baking and roasting, use the Square on the stove and enjoy the large frying surface for frying, large batches of scrambled eggs and to brown your meat, then add vegetables, herbs and liquid and transfer to the oven.
